Transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy
CityCab follows a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process to ensure a smooth travel experience for every passenger.
Passenger Cancellations
Cancellation Window
Refunds are eligible only if cancellation is made at least 6 hours before scheduled departure.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 6 hours of departure are considered non-refundable.
Refund Process
Secure Refund Processing
Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Payment gateway or transaction charges are non-refundable.
Operator Cancellations
Instant Notifications
Passengers will be informed promptly if a ride is cancelled due to operational reasons.
Full Refund
A complete refund will be issued if the ride is cancelled by CityCab.
Ride Rescheduling
Passengers may also shift bookings to another available ride based on seat availability.
Non-Refundable Cases
No Show
Refunds are not available if the passenger fails to board the ride.
Invalid Identification
Boarding may be denied without valid identification documents and refunds will not apply.
