By using CityCab services, website or booking platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms help maintain a safe, smooth and fair travel experience for passengers, drivers and service partners.
Acceptance Of Terms
Agreement
By accessing CityCab, creating an account, submitting your mobile number, making a booking or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.
Linked Policies
These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
Bookings & Payments
Seat Availability
Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from CityCab.
Payment
Fare must be paid through approved payment options. Payment failure, incomplete payment or suspicious transactions may result in booking cancellation.
Digital Confirmation
Booking confirmation, OTP, ticket details and travel updates may be sent through SMS, WhatsApp, phone call or email.
Passenger Responsibilities
Correct Details
Passengers must provide correct name, mobile number, pickup point, drop point and travel details while booking.
Luggage Limit
One small bag and one cabin bag are generally allowed per passenger. Extra luggage may be refused or charged based on space availability.
Valid ID
Passengers should carry a valid government ID proof during travel if verification is required.
Cancellations & Refunds
Policy Based
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Refund eligibility may depend on booking time, cancellation time, route and operational status.
Route, Pickup & Timing Rules
Pickup Point
Passengers must reach the selected pickup point on time. Late arrival may be treated as no-show and may affect refund eligibility.
Schedule Changes
CityCab may change vehicle, pickup timing, route or trip schedule due to traffic, weather, safety, operational or regulatory reasons.
Safety & Conduct
Safety Rules
Passengers must follow safety instructions, wear seatbelts where applicable and behave respectfully with drivers, staff and co-passengers.
Restricted Activities
Smoking, alcohol consumption, illegal substances, abusive behaviour, damage to vehicle or unsafe conduct are strictly prohibited.
Account, OTP & Communication Consent
OTP Login
CityCab may use OTP-based login or verification for account access, booking confirmation, payment confirmation and security checks.
Service Communication
By using CityCab, you consent to receive service-related calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages or emails for booking, payment, cancellation, refund, trip and account updates.
Limitation Of Liability
Delays & Emergencies
CityCab is not liable for delays, missed appointments, indirect losses or inconvenience caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, breakdowns, government restrictions, emergency situations or other events beyond reasonable control.
